by

We got lots of practice in last night – and boy do I need it!

There were some random changes in speed but I think folk are getting better about thinking about the speed that the person who started the tune set?  Made it very interesting doing a slow version of Britches/Egan’s and a full pelt version of Soldier’s Joy but well done everyone for keeping to the speed set.

STOW COLLEGE IS CLOSED NEXT WEEK – WE HAVE BOOKED CARLTON STUDIOS – SIGN UP FOR THIS ON THE NEXT BLOG POST – ALL WELCOME, LIMITED SPACE, FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.

Hi Valerie. Any chance you could list the tunes you practice each Monday (I have choir rehearsals and can’t come), as I’m trying to keep up with you at home ! If this causes you much extra work, no worries, I’ll just make up my own list ! Thanks. Happy scratching ! Carol.

      Hi Carol,

Folk prefer if we don’t list all the tunes on the blog – gets a bit repetitive. However I can email you what we did from time to time – or alt I keep the lists and then look through and list what we did not practice – I will be doing this for our next practice (Monday at Carlton) so keep an eye on the blog. Maybe catch a chat re this on Wed?
